Are the R300 and R306 running A200?! Wow for low end phones (low endish i guess) that's pretty good. Correct me if I'm wrong because I just noticed the call/end keys on the phone.

True but the R300 also features the shortcut/tasks key as well as the clear key, which is present in all A200 models.

Well, that's true. But it seems verry unlogical to me R300/306 will be A200. Even most mid-range phones aren't A200.
Maybe it's new Sagem UI?

It's not Sagem. I can't seem to find any reason for why it shouldn't be A200. The radio application on those phones is exclusive for A200, unless they've back ported it.
