Smartnet, possible bang maging dead ang fone ko kung bad ang pagkaka upgrade ng firmware? Saka pag nag upgrade ba kau binabackup ba ang buong data ng fone jst in case may mangyari? Thx! :-)

Britri2, If I have my P800 upgraded, will all my contacts and photos stored in my fone memory be erased? Please advise. Kasi, it's so hard to copy my fone contacts to my SIM. It has to be done one by one. How I wish SE put in a COPY ALL function.
BTW, how long will the updating take?

hi! everything that is stored in the phone will be deleted after the P800 upgrade. Suggestion for you, sir, is for u to backup ur phone's data...use the P800 suite n sync station. Install and use the BACKUP AND RESTORE software that comes with your package. Sync ur phone to ur pc then after the upgrade, resync it to restore all backupd info...
BACKUP AND RESTORE can make backup of everything...from phonebook, videos, midis, even the call list....
