Wow, Acer is the last company I would've thought would do that. I'd like to see the quality of those vids though.
EDIT:
No LED flash/video light and only 16GB built-in, blehh... I understand you can expand the memory, but for those who don't they will be in for a nasty surprise, unless Acer have preset it to record at HD1080P as default.

I hope Xperia Z1 should beat Samsung note 3 and S4,as Note 3 comes with UHD and better 24bit Audio Codec.I feel Sony should have its S-master Audio Chipset,so that Sony will be head to head fight with Samsung

I'm not sure that it is correct to compare the Z1 with the GN3, they are different devices aimed at different markets, The GN3 is a phablet so would more likely be aligned with the XZU, in the current market I'd be more inclined to line it up with the SG4, my belief is the XZ was a late contender against the SG3 and now Sony is catching up with their answer to the SG4 and 5S- yes a few weeks apart in terms of release, So IMO Sony is behind the ball and Samsung will need to step up to compete with XZ1, in it's category it will be the best on the market by a country mile
