@manong...have you tried the magic IPs of smart? Set your IP to 10.102.68.238 at port 80 and configure your OM to its default settings...then you can browse now directly on your OM or on your Phone's Default Browser or even on unmodified apps...
@mhyke, try to have a load from 0-4php then at url bar, type opera:config and set your proxy to vimuto.com or any PHP or Glype proxies you know, check use http option...then bookmark
http://t.globe.com.ph/ on your speed dial and lick it, ahe...click it...OK? Take note again, 0-4php load or else the the Globe monster will eat your load...
