More like "From what I heard I would expect a more fancy design."

It's not Cyber-shot flagship, so QVGA-video is normal.
P.S. Release of this handset will be not in Q1, 2009.

Sounds like a walkman version of the C905. These days, I think we should be seeing more touchscreens from SE. But its still very good, still better than N*kia, just not as much choice as Samsung, or LG. So anyway, announcement is on Monday no? Would be interesting to see if this mobile surfaces or not. Im still far more excited about the X1!

Indeed. That in and of itself is pretty interesting, but it still doesn't quite do it for me. More than likely it'll be A2 and therefore won't be touchscreen.
Dunno. I need more info, of course.

Yeah I agree. I like SE alot, and their software is indeed very good, but other than the diminishing UIQ handsets, and the so-far one-off X1, theyre all very very similar if not the same on the software side. I'm bored with A1 and A2. Half the reason why I want the X1 more is for the change. Add to that the customizability, which you have with A1/2, but within certain parameters (e.g. how much flash you can include in a theme). Its really time they made something with more of a buzz to it, IMO, something thats more than just a feature. I suppose this is where apple can claim dominance in the market (but they can also claim inferiority in almost any other aspect anyway). I personally would really like to see SE come up with their own answer to the samsung tocco, which is a brilliantly positioned handset.
