Yep, thats bad that the N95 8gb doesn't have a touchscreen, if it would have it then the N95 8gb would be the best phone on the market. I think I'm going with the N95 8gb. because it has a bigger screen and the spec are better.
But I was wondering, I saw a "gadget show" last year and there was this bluetooth keyboard, so could someone find some bluetooth keyboard what can be connected to the N95 8gb or some other keyboard what can be used with the N95 8gb.

Ty.

anyone experiences touch screen problem? where it got off way too far from the point? i did calibrate the screen, but i always failed to touch right on the dots, it's just got too far

Interestingly I have noticed when using handwriting recognition that sometimes the screen 'detects' the stylus way off from it's actual position.

For example if I start the downstroke for the letter 'B', half way down the drawn line which traces the path of the stylus on the screen will shoot off to the left with a long spike before resuming course, so I end up with
It's not consistent though, but odd and annoying at times.

OK so what is the point of 'My Words' in the T9 dictionary?

If I find a word is not present in the dictionary I make it up by either multitap or combining various T9 groups then move the jog dial to highlight the whole word I have created and press select twice.

The word now appears every time I text without the need for adding it manually to 'My Words'.

Maybe there is a finite number of words that can be added this way so My Words would help with an overflow but I've already added about 50ish and no sign of a hiccup yet.

And finally why no bloody search facility in File Manager? What an oversight that is!!!

hi buttoneer,

i seldom use handwriting recognition on W960, basically because the P1i is much better at it.

however, i do feel that sometimes, what i touch is way off from the point, say like SMS folders, it's so difficult to go to another folder by touching the arrows

i have accidentally erased the vodafone wap setting on my w960i and was wondering if there is any way to get it back without doing a master reset.

I take it i need this setting to activate the internet when its not possible to connect by wifi.
