Nothing about OMAP, but likewise nothing about Nexperia.
For what I can see, it looks like it records in MP4 (H.263 encoding) - or is at least capable of encoding in this format - and audio is AAC or MP3.

What do you expect the price point of this device will be? My original reaction based on design was that it was going to be less expensive than the W960i, but based on specs, it seems to contradict that. The only thing I can figure that would make it lower than W960 would be the inclusion of either less or no flash memory.
So...what do you think?

I think it should be the same as what the W960 is now. Probably 450 Euros or something at launch but having said that it is UIQ so lets wait and see. Im definatley interested in this though. Its the only walkman that has caught my eye properly since my W810.
