My Z3 is on it's last legs, After a broken screen (mother-in-law + tech = baad) and some home repairs (rushed) only half the touch screen is responsive at all.
When the hell are we going to see Z4? Or shall I buy Z Ultra at £120 for now and buy again later in the year?

Quality control issues are same with every company out there!
Stop complaining as if Sony is the only culprit.
True, but it's a matter of scale. For example, for every 10 samsungs sold, there are 5 sony phones (even tho there are less, obviously). Assuming both have the same quality, samsung gets 3 HS returned, and so does sony....
edit: oh yes, and here goes the idea that 50% return rate in some markets is "highly unlikely"

Not Sony related but definitely something Sony has been missing so far, full manual control of the camera with raw support...

A render for now, if real, it should be an interesting camera and software. Shutter speed control, and RAW support to be featured on the new G4. If Sony adds these features to the Z4 camera and finally has superior image quality, to other brands, I will consider it, but otherwise full manual control, RAW support and F1.8 lens? May just jump ship.

It's harder to make an f1.8 lens for a larger sensor. Lest we forget, 1/2.3 is larger than 1/2.6.
Accounting for crop factor, the lens in tye Xperia Z range probably allows about the same amount of light in (I.e. Iris diameter for the lens is probably close to the same). They can quote a faster f-number because of the smaller sensor.

if the g4 leaks are real, the manual mode in it is the best i have ever seen on a phone. z3 manual mode should be ashamed of being called manual.
@xperiajunkie: can we expect a new camera interface or at least RAW support from Z4?
