Battery less than 3500? Well it's sumahoinfo, so take it with a bag of salt but I wouldn't be surprised.
Though I wonder the real reason why Sony has less battery in seemingly larger space.

Well Tony confirmed as well that battery will be of disappointing capacity. So 3500 as max for sure. Probably 3400-3450 which is shit imo, because Mate 20 Pro which is smaller then XZ4 in every way has 4200...
