@jingboy has33 has combined a reliance connection and an airtel MO connection to get a combined speed of 500 kbps using wingate.

hai, i have a trick to speed up your airtel free gprs. if you have no data transfer, while useing free gprs just open the airtel live (home page of airtel)in your mobile. you will get data transfer. leave it as long as you use. please test it and post your comments.

@blu
Thanks for that info dude. Well wingate does allow me to have two dial up connections but when i browse , the traffic passes only thru one connection. Besides i am not sure if my wingate configuration is correct. Could you pls link me to the relevant thread where has33 had posted details regarding this? Thanks

hi frnds..
if u r connection is dead(i.e no data transfer ) the pick up the phone and dail 123 and stay for few secs then drop it.. u will see that u r data starts again..

to avoid such situation i use pinging software which pings from time 2 time..

and to analys u r speed u can use DU meter its shows everything u need..
will my current downloading speed was 6.02KBps of around 42kbitsps..

i have looked a lot for modem teaming but every where i found is that ISP should should support multilinking....
