i find the sound loud enoght, but then i only use it for ringtones not "listning to music"
about the TS i can't really answer becaus it's my first TS phone. but it does what it's supose to, for me anyway.

Having checked the date formats in settings it only gives you the following options (in numbers), like so: dd/mm/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy or yyyy/mm/dd
Is this something that can be changed? Do I need Gdesk or something similar?
It's not the end of the world but I just had to ask as it's been bugging me!

Problems with media manager
I used to use my desktop to connect P990i and now that I have gotten the W960i the media manager still shows the P990i memory card instead of the W960i media memory, which I have named differently.
I have never used the old P990i on the media manager and I cant get it right, ie using media manager on my new W960i although its already connected and sync too.
Any help appreciated

Any way heres the 1st question of many no doubt.
When you have 'show delivery dialog report' ticked and switch the fone off , when you turn back on do they all come through one after the other AGAIN . And you have to close them one by one.
Anyone else get this ?

Have had the phone for a week.. IT ROCKS!!.. have converted some movies for it using M3..is like having a mini home theater..you all know the pic quality of the M3 and sound is awesome if the source is good..watching Transformers full screen with deep surround

Wide screen movies are letterboxed as per the aspect ratio (16:9) W960 is 4:3, so converting them to full screen will make you lose some part of the frame on both ends but the black band on the top and bottom will go.
Using the M3 you can create a profile for the W960i more or less like the W950i profile, just change the bit rate as per the movie, and remove Letterboxing in the video settings..and volia
.. also try other settings...be warned the conversion time for a full movie is almost 2hrs but the quality is OMG!!!...hope this helps

hi, im new here and I had a question about the m3 movie software for the w960. How can I get it to split movies into 60 min files, I am currently using the w950 settings as my default and it has listed that movies be split to chunks of 60 min but when my conversion finishes, it only comes out as one file? Also how do I change the fps for it as it and which fps would be best for the w960.
