Their tamecats. Oscar is my own cat and Selma is quite rowdy but still very calm. They usually don't move when you get close to them. THey just want you to pet them.

Its a Korsspindel i think it maybe called something like garden spider, cross spider in other countrys .
Its a common spider in European countrys and North America.
