@petrutms..........
Stop writing things(about your age etc...) that prove nothing.....and we already know(19 of june etc...)....
Avoiding that makes you miss-trustful....!

Hi bigalis,
I see you have not been with us long here, I think you need to read a few more posts around here to get the general feeling of this place. I do not like mouthy people face to face and I like them less when they hide behind internet forums!
This is not a place to attack & challenge others, merely a nice freindly place to share information and experiences so far I have seen no evidence that you bring anything constructive to the table? yet you seem to feel you have some kind of right to attack others? this is only my personal view so do me a personal favour and piss off elsewere please.

Oh and by the way............
You have your P990......AS YOU SAID....
SO JUST USE THE P990 CAMERA AND UPLOAD A PHOTO OF THE RETAIL PACKAGE --- OUTSIDE AND INSIDE IT....!!!!!!
WHAT ABOUT THAT??????????????????????????????????????
If you do that it's ok for me.....
Prove what you say!

Oh My God! Mate.... It's a phone, get over it! And even then it really doesn't matter what the box looks like, you'll never use it. Stop pressuring the guy into making the review, especially with the attitude you have. Seriously, find a hobby or something.
If you care that much go out, find a p990i, buy it, then go write pages of info, take 100 pictures of the retail packaging that you just
must see... and then read them all to yourself. You appear to have all the free time in the world, you've got to understand that some people here have a lot more important things to do than talking about a mobile.
Petrums is doing a nice thing here, taking time out of his obviously business life, a doctor I believe? Let him upload it when he's ready, whining about trivial things doesn't help anyone.

Hi all. This is my first post. Just got a question about P990 and Sandisk 4Gb Duo's. I was hoping to buy a 4Gb duo in time for P990 being released.
My question is should i buy a Sandisk branded memory stick or wait on the Sony version being released? is there any difference in transfer speeds etc?
I've also noticed that Sandisk produce 'Extreme' Duo's. Will these work with the P990?

it doesnt matter actually.. exept the sandisk is usually cheaper than Sony branded.. There is also a extreme version from sony and i think theyre compatible with the p990..

until

release a white paper we cannot be totally sure.
The P910 white paper, for example, documented that although the P910 supported PRO duo, it did not support parallel mode and so you gained no performance advantage with these extreme cards
I haven't read any reports from pre release testers who have conducted performance tests on memory sticks either
we'll have to wait and see.

Isnt sandisk the only manufacturer of duos now?? Just saying because we havent seen any sony ones for a LONG time at work (Argos...uk...no laughing

) and we get the sandisk ones in for use with PSPs/mobiles etc....
I may be wrong but the review by bengalboy seemed to have a sandisk duo shipped with the p990 he had??

I've noticed on the P990 page of the SE UK website that the Sandisk duo's are pictured not Sony ones.
http://www.sonyericsson.com/s[....]10336&zone=pp&lm=pp1&pid=10336
Under the connectivity section
So perhaps Sony have stopped producing them
