anyway, seriously, should we be expecting a major firmware to come out today? because it does not say anywhere in the sony website that its coming out on the 20th, only says janruary....

Me I will not do it since I have a very stable 037 and dont want to take a risk of upgrading to the ''n95 battery FW'' aka 038,so I am waiting to someone in need (bugs)come here and say: voila! I upgraded to 039!

No It is definately on January... ... ... Sony said themselves because they need to compatiblize their bluetooth portable speaker (MBS-100, I think it was...) with the k850i and other models....
