One of the pins on the connector for your touchscreen has probably been bent, I had the same problem.
It's solvable. Just remove the touchscreen from your G900, then bend the pin straight with something really small (if you've determined there actually is one bent that is). Then put the touchscreen back on, should work quite well.

Finally, after admiring the Brown G900 for so long i have had mine delivered in Nairobi having ordered it off Ebay, (Ace electronics - mobiletone). So far i love it. Its pretty fast and its phone sw ver; 1203-6566-R9M003.

I also have this firmware and it's the latest one I guess.
To make your G900 run faster, switch from Default standby application to Business standby application. Maybe it's just my imagination, but it seems that my G900 is really faster when I use Business standby application and the 15 desktop shotcuts (just like on P1) are very handy:

G900 can handle 16GB memory... W960 only 8... consider that too... and maybe even 32gb when it will be available. Also G900 has more extras.. small stuff. but the W960 has a nicer media player.. you decide

Also is there a way to hav ethe calnder and reminder sounds ring just once like in other previous SE phones ? My W810 had a simple two 4 seconds ringtone for calender events, tasks and reminders, but this G900 have very long ringtones and they ring contionously even for simple things like tasks.
