Not the highest quality P1i pic at all, but it's not everyday you see something as wacky as this VW hybrid, LOL:

Thanks guys...

The N82 was a good phone, it was to slow for my liking. I tried to keep as little data on the phone as possible, but it was still slow.

The 3 main reasons for giving it up.

Dropped calls was a pain!! The phone switches from GSM to 3G every mnute, its crazy even when browsing or on Mxit. On Mxit you can see the connections fluctuating and for no reason.... my sisters W890 in my room kept a solid 3G signal while mine was changing.

Battery life lasts 11 hours, with medium usage.

Started losing sms's, freezing and I think I blew the little stereo speakers.

All in all the battery life just made me change it.

So far the W960 is good. I like the P1 better though.

No real bad points about the phone... except that its pretty standard, nothing new. New Walkman players good, fancy and stuff but thats it.

Oh and the ridiculously cheap piece of plastic they call a stylus.
The "media Memory" is also a bit slow when loading movies and music, its as slow as the N95 8b.... The W950 is still way faster.

To be honest theres isnt a phone on the market that I like/want, pretty scary...

@JK: Jeez, that's very depressing...What do expect from a phone? Granted the things are overpriced but I'll hazard a guess and suggest you need a tricorder. I was also keen on the W960 but getting to Manila, on my upgrade is too much of a schlep so I just left it.

Right now using my N70(only texts) and a Nokia 2600 Classic, my company phone while I'm in an around SE Asia. Hopefully I can pick up something nice when I head out to either HK or Taipei later this year.

A bit off-topic, but maybe somebody knows the answer to this- today i saw a Gauteng-registered vehicle, the licence plate reading XBM277GP. What happens when the licensing dept. reaches ZZZ999GP?

I saw a similar one and thouhgt the same. I remember hearing something about new number plates coming later this year so mabe after ZZZ999GP we will see a new design maybe. Isnt that what they did at the end of the Transvaal (T) number plates?

@ Gucci:
Thanks boet. I'm amazed that it's already rated 3rd overall in the esato Photo Gallery Top List. That's the highest position that any one of my pics have reached to date:
