Wangs I played around on my Korean friends P1i the other night and it is a great improvement from my P990i.Great phone.Love the build quality.Solid little bugger. He absolutely loves it and this is someone who previously owned a Nokia E61i (you know my thoughts on that beauty.) The man is in UIQ heaven.UIQ this and UIQ that. Its very funny

Very busy in Wanqadom at the mo. At day we're at work trying to keep up with the paperchases and demands, at night we're spending time with those friends of ours from East London, giving them advice and suggestions as to what's all worth seeing and doing around here in the limited time that they have, to take as much of it in as possible.

@ Hobbster:

Yeah, I can understand why your Korean bud is a P1i convert; it really is a bril UIQ handset, albeit with its own li'l quirks.

I'm sincerely really happy for you re the all-conquering 8GB N95 coming your way in 2 days' time. Look forward to reading about the many assured moments of gadget glee in the months ahead. Yeah, that phone is still Das Spec King. What a device.
Have you been lining up those S60 apps already? Created a few folders full of Dark Side delights?

Keep us posted, screenshots, pics n' all, hey?

Darth Hobbs has unfortunitely arisen at 3.30am to see off his boss to Mauritius for a well deserve 1 week holiday while I continue to break my back getting this job finished for the 10 July for handover.

Regarding lining up apps Wangs,no.Im so tired that Im pretty emotionless.(My aunt had a baby yesterday morning and I was like "yeah..so what") That carrot dangling has taken its toll boet.Im sure once I have that sucker in my hands its going to inject a serious amount of endorphins into my system that will revitalise me for some time to come.I now understand reaping the rewards of hard work.Hard work rocks bro.lol

Bring on this 8gig monster.I can handle it.Ive just recently become a man.lol

@Wangs Since Im going to become a Dark Lord tomorrow Im listening to some Cradle of Filth-Die Blutgrafin Herione Des Grauns album to get into the S60 mindframe. This shite is HECTIC! dude.Have you ever indulged in some Cradle of Filth.Its...its...its....actually Im not to sure what it is.Could be noise.Could be music. The jury is still in chambers deciding Cradle of Filths fate.CD rack or dustbin????????? lol

Oh hell, Darth Hobbs, I'd bin that crap, LOL. I can handle most forms of metal, even grindcore, death metal, etc. But black metal like C.o.F. is just unpalatable IMHO. Last time I (briefly) saw them was at Ozzfest 2002. To the bin! LOL.

Hobbs
If i were you id get the sleeping pills cause i would NOT be able to sleep knowing that im getting a Multimedia monster of a phone.
Im off to Voda tomorrow as well, to help my Mom choose a phone. Shes stuck between Blackberry 8310-Curve, HTC TyTN, TyTN2, Touch Dual,S710, and SE P1. Only prob with the UIQ phones is that they have a hard time syncing to Outlook thats the only reason she may not go for a P1 otherwise she likes it. TyTN AND TyTN2 are big, S710 doesnt have 3G And HSDPA, The Blackberry is missing 3G As well, and that Voda may not have the TouchDual. (Napolean Dynamite voice) GOSH this sux!
My upgrade is next month apparently hopefully i can get a N82, do you know what the pay-in for that is? Otherwise il settle for a N78 anyway.

All I know Gucci is take the NashuaMobile quote and minus a R1000.Those buggers are seriously ripping people off.R4200 from them for the N95 8gb on Business Call and R3200 from Vodacom (R2799 from tomorrow)

@Wanga Bin it is.Ok lets try Slayers Undisputed Attitude album. Some painter gave me some metal cd's that he got when he was in America working in the circus.System of the Down-Toxicity,Static X-Machine,3 Metallica albums-The Black album,Reload and Garage Inc cd 1 and 2,Rob Zombie-Past,present and future.Just giving them all a listening too and so far Im not impressed with the lot.I can see why he wanted to get rid of them so fast for free.lol
