hi! wanted to upgrade to the R5 t68i software but according to the girl in semicon podium, ma-e-erase daw yung phone memory ko. i asked her how to back up and she told me to copy to sim. eh yung sim memory ko is only 250 and my phone already has 505 names/numbers. she told me that i should manually copy down all those na di ko ma-back up sa sim. is there any other easier, less tedious way to back up my phone? thanks!

i suggest you go to smartnet instead. look for GM and ask him to back-up your phone first before doing the upgrade.
they can do this for you when you request for it specifically.
