Thanks norb_nw, and meckam, for your answers, but norb_nw, though i am able to add Opera mini when i go to business standby, when i return back to the Default Desktop Opera mini does not appear in the main apps menu. I want to use the Default Menu

want to try generic world but the the dlink of xs++ wont work.. some says generic world works really well..
.. and try to use default menu.. then move your apps to main by clicking on chosen app >more>move folder>main..

Meckam, i dont want to transfer to Main, but to desktop, ie, the Panel. When i go to More>settings, see Additional Panels the choices are limited. I would like to add some applications so that they appear on the desktop, (main is one of the menus on the desktop.). thanks

recently lost my g900... is there a way to restore the backup to a non symbian phone? or at least open to see content? export from backup manager is bm3 format.

I guess we couldnt add any app on main desktop.. We're able to put additional on what was given from additional panel.

hi guys, i need a bit of help with gps.
i have garmin mobile xt installed on my g900 (full europe/america/asia maps), i'm after a reliable bluetooth gps receiver to operate these, looked at one in U.S., was told this would work, same device on ebay (UK seller), was told by this seller that it would not work!!:? anyone use anything that does work??

the battery in my phone is 3.6v/950mAH,
i've seen batteries that are 3.7v/550mAH, 3.7v/1700mAH, 4.2v/1300mAH.
can i use any of these? if so, which would be the best?
