I think you all are a bit naive about other brands.

Nokia? WP devices are plagued with issues.
WP is off the mark in functionality.
Symbian was a crap for a long time, they couldn't cope witb changes. Their last Symbian devices were just terrible.

Samsung SgS 3 for instance is also having serious issues.
The phone app starts totally slow, and the device has also homescreen redraw issue.

Sony still has to learn alot and test better their SW, but they are also often the first one in releases.

Agree, Nokia Lumia 710 is full of problems and Nokia customer service told my girl, tough luck.

Wouldn't touch a Nokia even if it was free.

All you people moaning about Sony,
Jelly Bean has been out for 1 month and you're complaining that there is no update yet.
Then you say Sony release updates too early without checking them....huh

Sony said Jelly Bean would roll out Q1 and it has, they haven't given a date for any further update.
Moaning about waiting, get real for gods sake.

Maybe if you weren't flashing this version then going back to ICS,
then flashing again then, then......
let me guess, going back to ICS and on and on.
You're probabley causing issues yourself.

The Xperia T is an excellent phone, and Jelly Bean is running great,
for those who are patient and update to the correct software.

Oh dear, I think we've upset someone

@doministry hi mate, your right in what your saying but Sony do need to step up and at least say "yes we are aware of these issues and are working on a fix" but no they keep silent and so that leads people to start looking else where.

WP 8 is very stable & since I had my Lumia 620 I have had one tiny issue with it. One. It is not plagued with issues & the small 1,300mAh battery o the 620 lasts all day & past midnight with a very efficient OS & CPU. You cannot tell me Sony has less issue than Nokia?? Have you owned a Nokia Lumia?? Windows 8 is VERY stable & a breath of fresh air. The older Windows phone 7.5 had many issues early on but it was a new OS at the time. Now,it is a very different story with Windows Phone 8. The Lumia 710 was crap anyway compared to the 800.

Lol wut? Jelly Bean is out since June 2012 and all other major makers have already provided JB updates for their flagships and not only. Sony is once again late to the party...

My Xperia T has no issues and I get over 2 days of good use out of the battery.

Wouldn't touch a Nokia again, even a low spec 620.
