anyone have encounter that when u r abt to take a call the caller drop it. but there was a call time on it.
i got it a few times and i thought i press it but when i call back the previous called they told me i didnt take the call that why tjeu drop it.
so the question is am i charge for this?
how can i prove it if i didnt.
i when back to the last call to check, the timer was the same as what i seen on the screen juz now.
so what went wrong?

oedmund-> Beside Starhub is free for in coming call, I think Singtel and M1 had this 10 second free in coming call if I am not wrong. Meaning if the caller talk to you within 10 second , you won't be charged. I do not know whether this term is still valid or not?

for M1 there is not more free first 10second free as they have revised the charges.
any the call reflected 38 seconds.
and i've got it a couple of time.
i dun think i press the call as the phone was on my desk and not in my pocket.
i think there must be something wrong with either the network if not the handphone.
anyway thks for your reply @tonyG

oedmund and dairin-> Is that so ? That shows my info is so backward. I really do not know they have revised this rules. Hovever, even they give 20 seconds free in coming call to me also no use to me. All my callers and friends are very "long-winded", no chance to received that advantage. Anyway, thanks to both of you. Now I know already, so I no need to ask my friend to talk fast and put down the phone.
