At Loftus today, gr8 atmosphere but not the best rugby played by thr Boks
Taken with k810(Sory for poor quality forgot to clean the lens)

Check out this pic I snagged a while ago, made a mistake with focusing the cam on the fence, but it came out quite cool

Damn, nice pics, JC! That last one did actually come out very arty/cool, both with the fence and those lion cub (?) eyes on the other side of the fence..

@ JC,
Ya the pic came out OK I guess; just difficult to manage light settings with predominantly white backgrounds, due to the amount of light that gets reflected etc.

@ ama, I think in that pic the white background actually focus the attention on the bike and mrs ama

Yeah true; which indeed is a good thing..

In other news, the W760 is now out here; initial price is £179.99 (approx R2700).

@ gola:
Dang, that's one serious telescope that the dude must've used, compared to the one I used with the N73 and P1i moon pics.
Still, the detail that was picked up through the telescope aperture is impressive. Wow.
I found it very tricky to get a decent shot that didn't over-expose, due to the amount of light from the moon in such clear conditions, coming through the aperture. A pretty darn good effort, methinks.

@ JC:
Some of the latest pics in the G900 thread look very impressive; as the one guy mentioned, possibly better contrast than the K850i in most situations (unless your name's plankgatan, LOL), but then again there's one or two new users that seem to be battling to emulate some of the better pics using the default settings...
I'll keep checking out that thread to see what the average pics uploaded look like. Fortunately it doesn't seem to suffer the same level of tinting hassles like the P1i.
About the W760, I guess for the launch price, it's not too bad. It's priced the same as the Nokia 6500 Slide. But I'd rather have the Nokia's auto-focus, Carl Zeiss lens cam and HSCSD ability, than the Motion Sensor feature of the W760, but hey, that's just my specs preferences.
As it is at the moment, I think it's still too much for what it offers. When it (eventually) drops to around £100- £130 here, it would seem far more realistic IMHO.
