Hi W960 users,
I've got 2 quick and simple questions:
Once the music is playing, and you lock the screen using the * key then lock keys, are the volume buttons still active and do they work to switch tracks? Or do you have to unlock the keys first and then change volume/switch tracks?
2nd question: same as above, but what happens to the 3 Walkman touchkeys? Does a keypad lock really lock them? Or do they remain active?
My concern is when putting the phone in my pocket (which i do 99% of the time), i wanna make sure the touchkeys are disactivated (otherwise they'll change tracks and play/pause all the time), but i would like the physical volume keys to still work for quick volume adjustments/track skipping.
Otherwise that'll be a big turndown for me...
Thanks in advance!

When the key lock is on, the only thing that will work is the volume buttons on the side of the phone, so you can up and down a track or change the volume up and down.
The walkman keys are locked on the front of the phone

@c.grexy:
Thanks for your quick reply! Great then, that makes a lot of sense and allows to carry the phone in the pocket all the time!

What is this M3 software? Would love to get some films on my phone. Does it cost anything?
Thanks,
Adam
Adam,
Why not spend the US$10 to upgrade sony ericsson media manager? It will take movies you have in any directory on your hard drive and convert it easily to the 960 with a couple of clicks. m3 is good, but it's just extra software to put onto already bulging laptops hard drives.
