Some more quotes, this time from u13x

:
Hayabusa will have 1750 and the Mint will have 1850. They both have different battery capacity. Hayabusa battery will be removable, while the Mint won't be. You guys choose.
Anyways, Hayabusa will be slightly different in terms of design. It won't be full white like the GX. I personally like the GX more in terms of looks though.

BTW, will any of these new (or still upcoming) phones have a microSD card slot? Or no expandable memory anymore at all from Sony? 8 / 16 GB is not enough for me, personally.

Xperia GX (Hayabusa) and Xperia SX (Komachi). Mint is the international GX with a slight design change and LTE.

Non removable 1850mAh battery metal uni body vs plastic on haybusa, no

logo. I gathered all this from the XDA forums.

After seeing GX I`m glad I decided to wait for Hayabusa... it will be one hell of a device and I just hope it will not be late to the market like most Sony phones this year.

i am really excited to see Mint's metal body and design. Hayabusa sounds really nice too, but I'd prefer to have LTE so I hope Mint looks sexy as hell

So basically, the Hayabusa ( GX as we saw today) is the Japanese version while Mint is the international version?
So technically both are one and the same device?
