amlim-> Why they do not want to replace the date of purchase for you? Is it they don't have the record? What they could do also is to scan the barcode of your accessories box to prove that you have bought it from there.

TonyG-My friend called up M1's Product Support Hotline - Dept in charge of issuing letter confirming purchase date of phones in case warranty card lost. They said that they only issue letters for phones but not accessories. Bluetooth headset would fall under accessories.

Do you mean we can bring the box to M1 shop and ask for the letter? Thanks.

amlim-> The box barcode will indicate where did you buy the product from and whether is it local ( with warranty) or parallel import. From the way that M1 told you, they would not want to give you the warranty letter for accessories, so it is no point of bringing it down. The box only help you to have the proof of purchase. Since they have no intention to issue it to you, it will be a waste of time to bring the box to show them.

TonyG - Thanks for the reply. Silly M1. Any idea if the original front housing of the T68m is sold elsewhere (except for SE service centre and service point)?
