by the way...do u think 350€ is a good price?...I think yes but maybe I'd be able to find it 4 less...

Is it just me, or is this always the case with new mobile phones? I remember the same issues with the T610. Is it only mobile phones that are shrouded in mystery and confusion with regard to release dates, or new electrical goods in general?

no,
warranty only applies within the country of purchase except for within EU where warranty on a phone bought within EU is honoured by any other EU country

Its not only release dates that are a mystery. Even the technical spec (features, memory size etc.) seem to be a big secret until one gets the phone in the hand.
