Man your ignorance speaks of childhood narrow-mindedness. This thread is "The Official Arc Thread" not the The Arc ONLY thread. Anyone is able to speak their mind within the rules of the forum and within common decency to others.

Now I'm asking u, when u in a restaurant do the waitress give u the whole menu instead of your specific kind of order when u don't say the word "ONLY"???
It's okay talking about other phones just for comparison, but speaking nonsense and repeat it again again and again is kind of annoying............

Hahahaha no no mate , you are the one saying "my DHD this" and "my DHD that" in this "Arc Thread", don't flee now

so far all the night time shots the Arc takes are crap.

The ARC is considered at the top in that kind of shots in mobile phone photography:
Hi-tech.mail.ru(translated)
Matrix itself 8.1-megapixel camera - Sony Exmor R.

This sensor technology Backlight provides an advantage when shooting in low light conditions.

In the predecessor, the X10 has been installed, perhaps the best 8.1 megapixel camera from the devices (see the comparison with the Nokia N8 Nikon Coolpix S220 and here ), the Xperia arc with Exmor sensor quality is also good, well above the 8-megapixel Galaxy S II, Optimus 2X, Desire HD.

mytechnews.info:
the Xperia Arc’s camera definitely performed better in low to almost no near-distance light. Its pictures were exposed better, and colours looked more “real”.

Or just a little comparison(ARC,iPhone4, N8)

DARK

Xperia arc

iPhone 4

Nokia N8

Building at night
Xperia arc

Galaxy S

iPhone 4

Nokia N8

let's check out what they say about the DHD :
Phonearena
This leads directly onto night shots, which as mentioned, aren't particularly usable unless the subject is well lit.
The camera performs pretty well in well lit, and even in environments with medium lighting, however, as soon as the lights go down any lower, it struggles a lot.

The thing that annoys me is yes we can have debate and compare stuff but since when is debate words like. The Arc is shit the phone is plastic crap its camera is crap. He just repeats the same comments again and again. Toney you don't contribute constructive debate or conversation at all just annoy others. Its getting boring. Anyway for the comments of get a grip its just a phone well if you think that way then why are you on a phone forum?? I have a grip on life but I just wanna enjoy this discussion and owning the phone. I admit I have annoyed others in the past with stupid comments but I no longer do that. I wish to have a proper discussion rather than stupid childish comments. Anyway back to topic girls and boys. I am now awaiting my delivery with sleepy eyes. Them photos the building at night picture the Arc has best overall quality with warmest colours.

Bono, I'm really envious of the fact you're receiving your lovely new Arc today, it's a beaut for sure and gingerbread looks tasty.

Yes I am excited and I have used Gingerbread already with the Nexus S but that phone was average. But Gingerbread is buttery smooth and fast.

It looks likely I will have to wait till Monday till I get my Arc. Carphone have now told me they are not releasing the phone till tommorrow, so won't get it till Monday.

I have waited for this phone long enough, and now having another 3 days is so frustrating.
