As you know all SC will take the opportunity to charge if you cannot show them the proof of warranty. And also if the goods are under warranty, they can claimed back from SE Singapore what ever parts they changed or a brand new one if they have exchange for you.

Hey, that is a smart idea, get someone receipt and show it to them but not the warranty card, I think the warranty card did indicate some serial no. if I am not wrong.

i juz got a brand new set of my T39 and guess what?
when the guy in SP open up my T39 i can see some parts of my chip rusty.
guess its from my sweat i guess if not must be like what some here mentioning abt staying in aircondition area for too long.
so guys and gals pls take care.
now i also scared that my T68 also will be like that.
anyone can help with this issue to prevent it?
