I said I wanted to wait for a W580i, but guess I bought it after I saw the Spring Yellow one!!! You guys will be delighted to know the Spring Yellow color is so classy and the metallic feeling is so expensive! (Even though this is supposed to be a mid-low end phone...)

My colleague is holding on to the Black/Green one, which I also find rather unique.

The Yellowish Gold is really striking, and trust me. Live pix of the spring yellow phone isnt the same as looking at the real one itself! I would say anyone who is keen to make a difference, go for it!

LOVED IT! Yuhoo!

Hello,
Who is the happy owner s500, tell that with the keyboard? At us a problem, any more the first person complains - burst in the middle of the button on the keyboard. And all after 2-3 days of use.
Each day all new buyers write in forums about the broken buttons.
We dont know, there can be it a defective party? Nobody collided with a similar problem?

The S500 has been recalled here(Lebanon),it had to be on sale since last week but SE has cancelled them and postponed the sale till the 20th of july!!
Perhaps the first delivery was indeed defectuous

Not sure if anyone else has seen these on the SE site, but if you can't wait to play with the S500i, you can try a virtual one oneline

check out the videos, the light affects, some themese, pretty neat, seems most of the newer phones have these "try" pages.

I have been using the phone for around 2days. My friends all took to play with it, and I am a sms user as well. So far my keypad stays the same way though... I can understand it being fragile looking as it is so slim, but really nothing like what has been mentioned.

My guess is that some sets could be facing this problem based on the live pix of the cracked keys... Unfortunate it is true that some other users of S500i actually faced such a problem...

Does it only happen to the Black/Green color? Mine is the Yellow/ Silver version... Will update if theres any changes (hopefully not though...)
