Anyone!!! any news if ALL the colours will be available Sim-Free??
Coz some colours are network exclusive, like the havana gold colour for the w910i on vodafone for example.

I am asking because yes, GPS would be cool in a phone like this but it would be a disaster if the phone had to download the maps all the time using gprs.
Wayfinder does allow you to download maps to store on a memory card, so I guess this will be an option. Otherwise I am 99% sure it will get map data over the air, so be prepared to go on a all-inclusive data tariff.
Wayfinder now own Navicore, so on the smartphones it's possible you will get the more advanced version that uses maps stored locally. The N810 Internet Tablet uses this, but I've only had one of those for a week now so it hasn't got a GPS fix yet.
(Seriously; I hope the GPS on this phone won't be as bad as the N95 one before A-GPS was added in the firmware).

I'm still more concerned of not being able to minimize the NetFront built in browser and come back to it later when you traverse into the Main Menu or to another menu. I prefer the NetFront as I can sync IE bookmarks using PC Suite. I cannot do this with Opera Mini.
^ and yet everyone ignores this or seems fine with this in all the SE phones. I don't get it.
A-GPS will most likely what this W760i has. Its what ALL smartphones with built in GPS or not are doing. Partnership deals with provider used mapping company's allow for profit sharing and easier uptake of the phone to be sold subsidized. Downloading maps to save to a memory card is grand - and I still prefer this - but if you're thinking of using it for a driving trip to work and need turn by turn directions - and updates to traffic ... get the all inclusive tarrif.
