I don't think this has been explicitly asked yet but can the dual leds be used as a torch? And if the c702 doesn't have the option for it, does the torch.jar application (the one that turns on the red led on the k800) be used to make the leds turn on and stay on?

With firmware you just need to be patient and wait because different region firmwares are never released at the same time and sometimes take a lot longer than this for various reasons we don't know about. Anyway its not like your phone doesn't work. Go enjoy it instead of moaning.
