I did, but flashing the image. I never received the OTA update. By the way, this OTA update is a newer version of the previous one released earlier. Before: KTR16O. Current: KRT16S. Some bugs fixes.

Excellent that's the pop-up menu I was talking about, but not the same app I was referring too.
Chrome ... before being part of Android, most likely in beta but I cannot recall the exact version ... had this same style pop-up menu but for:
Add Tab
Switch Tab
Settings
Privacy
etc.
All menus where activated via touch screen selection anywhere within the app with a pre-designated time to press-&-hold ... just like the camera app is shown above. But nobody really remembers this and I was wondering if Chrome will have this in the future?

I guess you're talking about this:
It wasn't Chrome though, it was the old Android Browser in Android4.0 ICS, if I'm not mistaken, do correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe that feature will come back, through gestures or something.
