I've got 3 different email answers in 2 days: one saying end of june,one saying week 22 and one saying week 24 and you say 10 of june!!!

EMTS Vika (Oslo, Norway) just said, we have no clue, but it is "just around the corner". I asked if that meant tomorrow, and they didn't know. I also sent the following mail to SE norway:
Oppgradering til det produktet jeg betalte for, en T68 med blant annet MMS har blitt lovet i flere måneder nå. Senest mandag og tirsdag har pr sjef i ericsson Norge lovet at den er ute denne uken. Jeg begynner å bli rimelig lei, når jeg i November betalte 5500 kr for et uferdig produkt, som var lovet å bli ferdig "meget snart". Jeg ønsker meg snarest en avklaring på når en slik oppgradering til et fullverdig produkt kan foretaes, da ikke i et omtrentlig perspektiv, men en eksakt dato, og et sted der dette kan gjøres. Dette bør være innen rimelig tid, ellers vil jeg søke å dekke meg gjennom kjøpslovens paragraf 17.4 om mangler ved forbrukerkjøp, som gir meg rett til et fullverdig produkt evt økonomisk kompensasjon. Jeg imøtekommer et snarlig svar.

Good move dude!! Keep bugging
and demand a clear answer.
Claim your money back or a T68i.
As you said you paid a lot of money for a half finished product. So the least you could demand is a simply answer!!
