@nickname88cy

Why do you believe that a camera phone is necessary?

@Jowi

Well duh! I would never have thought of that. Seriously though, I was meaning why does he feel it necessary to be able to take pictures with his phone.

@nickname88cy

What does that have to do with the need for a camera phone?

@Jowi

Once again, thanks for stating the obvious! What I would like to know is why he needs to be able to take pictures wherever he is, and note the use of the word 'need' as opposed to 'want'.

lmao@jowi and scots...

Poor nickname can barely get a reply in there lol

Well, I for one agree with both parties here...

Since my T68, I could never go without a colour screen again.

Since my P800, there are some very good chances that I won't be able to go without a camera on my phone.

But it's not a need, more like a want. If I had to choose between eating and have a cam on my phone, I sure as hell wouldn't starve

@bacanito

It's one of those difficult choices, whether to have a camera phone or a square meal, very difficult indeed ...

i think both nokia and SE have their strengths and weakness. i personally dont own a SE but i play around with them alot (currently t610 and z600) and i think they are currently better than the nokias right now. but i still think the nokia 6230 would sell a pretty bunch.....so would the 2650.....since there are so many nokia users out thier who are waiting to upgrade and like most nokia users...they wont risk a change. I;m still using an 8250 by the way....just a good stable phone to make calls and cant beleive its three years already. I'm waiting to change but i would prefer the S700 in a flip phone design.

as for a camera phone....why not....you can carry a 1.3 MP camera (good enough for simple shots and very clear for small prints) as well as a phone. Not only that its the same size as a normal phone. (as apposed to a phone vs a PDAphone)

by the way....i think the windows mobile phones like the O2 might make an impact soon.
