There is no relation to letter & order.
Quite simply A is who I thought favourite, B is 2nd etc.

I was just updating my odds, they would have been:
A: 3-2F
B: 5-1
C: 7-1
D: 8-1
E, F, G, H, I: 10-1
Outsiders: 20-1

BUT to my dismay I realised that someone has actually guessed correctly So it's GAME OVER!

But can you still crack the odds & work out who is the winner?
