Windows 2003? Won't XP with SP2 suffice? And what sold has .Net gotta play? Firefox doesn't work now. Earlier did. Any solution?

well did u enter the proxy settings...??? it shud work fine once u have entered the proxy nos and port....

The maximum bandwidth you can get connected at is 9 kbps but the throughput varies from 10 bps to 4 kbps. You'll have to wait for a long time for the web page to render. Further, if you are accessing secure sites, the delay is too much to bear. Downloads are unreliable.
Time is precious, you can't afford to waste your time though the Internet connection is free.
