I freakin HATE that message! I've had it with my W810i, I had it every month on my K790a ... just about every other SE that has FOTA ability I've come across NEVER works!
SE needs to FIX their servers that host FOTA or just simply remove it; as this is an insult!
FOTA it worked for my K800i and I upgraded twice this way and also works for my girlfriend's W880i. For me it is very easy to upgrade this way and I think it is a very useful. Once they released a new firmware for K800i first by FOTA and after one week or something like that on SEUS. It was pretty cool for me.
Mine didn't work on either K800 or K850. As I've understood some operators might block this service so maybe it isn't SE's fault (don't they have allready lots of bugs?

)

Of course it's not 038 the long awaited FW,it would have been available for non-branded K850...

Afternoon all,
My first Esato post... I am using the K850i with 037 O2 firmware, and I often find that after taking a photo using the flash the object/person has been illuminated far too much and the object is mainly a big white spot. Does anyone know if this is something to be addressed by the next update?
Cheers,
David.

David_ian > welcome to the community. A common courtesy is to read a few posts and go through a thread you are posting on to see if your question might have been answered already. In this case - it has already been addressed as a known issue. Whether it'll be addressed or not remains to be seen. My experience is that if you adjust your distance to the subject (a little more than a hands distance away) you will get improved performance. Sorry - I don't think the phone is made for those awesome "Myspace" self portraits LMAO...

no problems? lol
Try changing the volume after zooming a pic
Try keeping the EQ settings (Here, it even forgets it after changing song, not only when closing/opening the mediaplayer like the 1st post in this thread suggests)
to those who are on FW 037
Guys can you also try this
open media player then exit enter camera mode then while playing media zoom in and zoom out take picture zoom in and zoom out exit camera go back to media player try to change the volume for some strange reason mine removes the volume bar at the top really annoying and needs reboot
