I don't know this guy. what makes you think it could be x5ii? do he have some track record of leaking xperia?

Eldar is from Mobile Review RU. He's basically a dinosaur in the industry. He's been doing pre release hands on reviews since way back in the early Sony Ericsson days.
I'd certainly put his word before many others.

but as Beeplots pointed out, missing front speaker means it's not xperia 5 ii.

Nope. Its corners are sharper than 5II. More like Xperia 5.
But looking at the bezel. Its even smaller. So most likely Xperia 1.
