From the very start of any reviews of the P990, WiFi and the camera have been the areas that people say the bugs are present in. How long can it possibly take to work out the problems in these two areas?

Err I seem to remember a number of problems being reported with the Wi Fi and have no reason not to trust my source

Ok, the phone may finally be out in a month, but will the software developers have any apps for it that work. And then how long will it be before all the bugs are found.
SE have taken so long, that I have changed to a XDA with WM5.
I have lost faith in SE for the time being.

My thoughts entirely. I've had SE phones for the last 5 years: T68i, T610, P900, K750i. Now I'm getting tired of the wait.

Woah! this thread is getting ugly now.I think its high time that SE came out and gave an OFFICIAL release date for the P990. If you can do it for a gaming console then why not for your best selling mobile.

Isn't Q2 their official release date? and until end of June passes I guess we can't really question that
In my memory
have only ever given one fixed date for product launch and that was the W800. many shops had it prior to that but would not release it until the specifed day (12th August 2005)
