@Hacker I said I used to get that,not exactly in 10mins,but in that time frame(exagerrated A bit),I used to get FMABH(335mb) in 20mins(February),now I'm getting avg 176kb/s,so it takes me 32mins... using the modem,but had to install the full win7 and not the RC(it used to shut down after some minutes after the trial)I would've proved proof...
@Shaz,use the sneakme proxy&browse,don't form a chain proxy...

Might the lack of speeds be to an increasing number of users?

i get speeds up to 500kb/s with my built in 3g modem, dont know why i can get the same speed using phone as a modem

@saibot, put sneakme.net in your proxy settings and use port 80. Then browse the freesite of the network you are using, after that type in where you want to go to in to the url box on the page... Is this easy enough for you
