And if you now somewere to make my usb like a RAM (I want to do that because i have just 256mb of RAM and i want make it very large) my usb have 1GB of memory

Well, if it's svchost and explorer that are running full whack, then it's almost certainly a malware infection. Full antvirus and antimalware scans needed before you do anything else!

If you stop this processec for exemple explorer.Exe the disktop and taskbar will go and you ll not see any ting in the disk top .Just the wallpaper. Svchost is for windows upgrad(mise a jour) . But svchost is the responseble and i found in the internet a way to resolve and it work. If you want i will post it here

My dad's pc is getting very slow indeed, and have told him to do a fresh install of the OS. It is a Packard Bell pc, which has no OS disc with it, but has a licence code on the side of the machine. How do I go about reloading the OS on his machine. The OS, is windows XP Home.

If you are using Vista, you just need to buy a 1Gb memory stick that is "readyboost" compatible and plug it into the USB slot. Vista will pop a window up with various options, one of which is to boost your computer's memory.
If you mean how do you make a normal memory stick readyboost compatible, then I don't know I'm afraid!
