And what would that be Coxy, that you spent £200 on ?

Im joining the same boat, im losing interest in the P990i rapidly. Im sure once its released i'll be all impressed by it again, but atm its the N93 and WM5 PDAs that are getting my £££s.

2006 could be the first year i dont buy a SE phone, how scarey is that !

Riiight, I had a few 8800's... my last one went off today, and i'm using a 6310i now. Huuuuuuuurrry up P990i

The P-series is the only SE that has ever interested me, rest are like toys...

Finally getting back to the P-series, been about 4 months since my last, sold the P910i thinking the P990i wasn't too far off (how wrong was I).

Anywayyyss.... I'll be sure to get this in the first week of release, wooooo new toys!

I am really curious to se if it will work with Fon or other wifi-share communities! FON is spreading rapidly now... And if FON and the P990 works with eachothers I'll soon be in heaven!

:)

Come on now SE! Give me one!!

By the time this phone gets released, it would no longer be worth the hype.

Well said, its already lost the appeal for me. The W950 and M600 have already out done it IMO, I think SE done themselves in by announcing them before the release of the P990, it will not be anything special when these 2 babies come out. Im waiting for one of these instead.

Which could in turn land you in a whole lot of trouble if you allow strangers access to the internet through your wireless network.

They could commit all sorts of online crimes, such as paedophilia, hacking, credit card fraud etc, and it would all come back to your pc, since you're the one providing the service.

In the interest of providing some balance, I don't mind waiting for a moth for the P990 but I can see why people are get fustrated. But when its out and has been on the shop shelves for a while I think old SE fans will come back as they see what it can do and how it does what it can do.

I just hope my creaking P910i holds together long enough for me to be able to upgrade to a p990

A very good point, It is a nice concept bandwidth sharing, but the reality is criminals & perverts love the web more than any of us.
