hello ve just joined im jus wanting to query why the unbranded firmwares do not get the updates which branded versions do?
R1DA038 branded (more up to date) not able to be downloaded.
R1CA037 unbranded as on my phone.
foremostly the issue which dampens the phone for me is the manual preset on the equaliser does not stay on if you either exit media or select a new artist/album. the preset stays on if yu ar shuffling, or on continuous playback, so its only a minor niggle for me.
jus got the dsbh980 stereo bluetooth headset & its fantastic.

038 FW was aked by operators because of the many complaints they had,anyway some people here would say that 038 is not a good FW because it reduces battery life from 4 days to 2 days...
SE will release a better version than 038 wich was apparently made fastly and still buggy,that's why they preffer to let us wait a bit more

Hehe alla over the word people are sitting on the edge of their seats waiting for the new firmware...me too!!
Yesterday i got really annoyed at the equlizer that doesn't allow you to save your own personal settings. There is a lot to be fixed.....
