I believe Xperia T, TX & V all have Adreno 225 GPU, which will deliver better/faster graphics performance than Xperia S with Adreno 220.

Xperia S uses 1.5 GHz Qualcomm MSM8260 Dual Core with Adreno 220
Xperia SL uses 1.7 GHz Qualcomm MSM8260 Dual Core with Adreno 220
Xperia T uses 1.5 GHz Qualcomm MSM8260-A Dual Core with Adreno 220
What will be the difference in gaming...
T, V and TX use adreno 225 gpu. For the time being XS will do but not so much for the next year. T gets about 58-60fps in benchmarks and should be great for at least a year. Moreover, since they are playstation certified, gaming shouldn't be an issue on both XS and T once ps mobile kicks off this year.
If you can go for T it will be a better option at this time. Although gpu is not very incremental, but cpu performance(and hence browsing, video playback, etc) is much better.

What do you think of the screen, moogoo ?
Screen is very crisp and sharp! Some photos with the bravia engine are a bit overblown in contrast, but that's what the bravia engine does.
I do notice that some whites sometimes aren't as white as they could be? I put it at max brightness, pulled up a white screen and put it next to my macbook with a white page and there seemed to be a slight tint to the screen. not sure if it was me or if it was that picture or what. i'll have to experiment a bit more.
@Ranjith thanks for rubbing it in buddy
EDIT: by the way.. is it a regional thing that my playstation store doesn't list all the games that should be available? I only have maybe 12 games but none of the ones that were apparently released a few months ago..

So if i bought XS, I will be able to play all the latest games till 2H 2013...right...eventhough the Cpu and Gpu is a bit old...right...Im repeating the question beacause im not good at this..I just wanna make sure my desision was right...I dont know when T/Tx/V comes to my country...So i guess i will buy XS and wait for Second flagship in 2013...Thanks

Most Android games aren't that graphically-intensive anyway. You should be fine for the next few years.
For example, there's this game called Riptide GP, which has some pretty neat water graphics and simulation and it runs flawlessly.

@bipinm,
You should be fine till then. As Nightblade said, most of the games on android aren't that intensive right now because development of good quality games on android was late, but it has picked up a lot(such as dead trigger, riptide etc.). By next year it should vastly improve, so I dont expect that you will be able to run top of the line games with the smoothest experience, but it should work b/w decent to playable till then. But games that will debut on ps mobile, should work good imo.

Seems like there is CPU throttling because of overheating:
