Yes, now they only have access to s810 though there is still plenty of time because qualcomm announced that they will start shipping samples from H2 meaning between june to december. sony need to test it in their prototypes months before the rumored october launch. if qualcomm can ship samples in june-july then i think sony should time enough time to test it. it depends on qualcomm.

Based on the rumors and leaked concepts:
z3n: "the elemental=the new metal" concepts. new features: refined ob design with a new toughened metal frame, s810, built in wireless charging, 32gb+micro sd, ip68 usb port, qhd/fhd. april 20 announcement, may/june launch.
q4 flags: main, compact and phablet. "y" concept. new added features: all metal, new design, touch based power button fingerprint scanner, maybe s820, 4gb ram, imx230. ifa announcement, october launch.
the "naked" renders hint a new android ui in the works.
the next smartband: heart rate monitor. that mysterious band render could be the next smartband or other new band with added curved display.
the rest of concepts are irrelevant for 2015 flag rumors.
that's all.
