there is a delay for me when pressing the internet button. happy to say that the contact list problem has been fixed for me as well

By any chance could the contact list problem be the one where contacts that have no first or last name but instead have a company name are all listed at the start of the address book as 'No Name'? I'd mentioned this bug a few times before but didn't hold out much hope of it being fixed - would be great if it now has been!
Cheers

Aha, it sorted out finally. Wotan and SEUS have 'different' stuffs inside. Remember also, Wotan is able to change CDA, debrand and select which f/w you like to install. Such a delay or non delay is too easy to do. This is normal and no worries about it. Whether SEUS or Wotan's F/W installed in your K800i, they work like a charm!

Yes, now I see it. Big black line flashes on the screen just as the video finishes. Yet another bug to add to the list! Nice to see Sony Ericsson's QA dept are still totally inept!

Can I just mention a point on this one:
"You must now press the Internet key for a couple of seconds to bring up the browser. This is to prevent accidental connection to the Internet. "
I have R1ED and I can just press my button to bring up the browser. I flashed with EU_2 firmware.
This is mentioned on the first page. Doesn't anyone bother to read these posts? Maybe its time to lock this thread.

Where does it say on that page that SEUS and Wotan offer firmwares with the difference of the internet key? The reason I (and others) post this is to find out why some people have a certain functionality and others don't and I believe we found the reason. I also meant to mention R1EG in that post, I certainly know that isn't on the first page!!!
Why don't you just stop posting in this thread. Your constant 'spamming' of it with posts like this is becoming very tiresome indeed. There is no doubt you have posted more than many in this thread but how much of that relates to the actual firmware, not much would be my estimation!
If you can't be pleasant, don't post. I remember a thread you posted in a couple of weeks ago. Someone was looking for free M600 games and your simple, yet rude reply was to "get their credit card out and stop being cheap"! Very helpful. Pity he wasn't old enough to own a credit card, but even if he did, what is wrong with wanting free games for your phone? Why, instead of mouthing off, couldn't you either say you didn't know of any or point him in the direction of some? And don't get me started on that O2 GPRS settings thread!
Anyway. keep up the good work, if nothing else you'll have a higher post count than most!

No. because somebody will start another k800/k790 firmware thread elsewhere...and that is pointless.
