How does this chat work then? Click and press go?
Yes, but the chat room was empty when I checked 15 min ago.

hmm...
It does not seem to make a 5 inch conventional type panel only for a prototype...
I wish JDI displays.

Oh really? They all record in stereo sound.
It's a shame that Sony kills their own baby named V...

Just some anecdotal observations from Hong Kong on Sony's rise: I just visited Hong Kong, bought an Xperia V for a friend (it costs US$568 there). Around me some 5-6 other people were buying phones, they were ALL Sonys! I asked the sales guy at this shop, Wilsons in Central, he said Sony is very popular now.
The next day I visited Fortress, a large chain store. At their Tung Chung outlet they had one big section for Samsung, another for Sony, then a third for "all the rest".
So I wouldn't be surprised if Sony is at least the nr 2 Android provider there, although I don't have any solid numbers.

Great, wouldn't expect that at all given the friction between Japan and China right now. As far as I know, the riots were far worse in South China than in North China but I don't know if that included in Hong Kong.
Here in Beijing all I see are iPhones, increasingly more Samsung phones, and an equal amount of various Chinese phones (Huawei, Xiaomi, etc.) There are a few Sony phones that I've seen on the subway maybe once or twice a week whereas I see an iPhone 4/4S on at least one person per bench on a daily basis. I saw the first iPhone 5 yesterday. A colleague of mine has an Xperia S though.
Any one else have more anecdotal observations from other parts of the world?

Though Hong Kong is part of China, Hong Kong-ers dont act or like Chinese people.
In Singapore, unfortunately is only Apple and Samsung. Next, I see mix of Sony and HTC. (A lot of Arc S but I rarely see people holding 2012 range). Motorola, Nokia and China phones (Singaporeans don't trust Chinese brands) are rare.
