AMAZING pics boet, the b&w and paarl look great.
EMS
Congrats mate.

im not a fan of the W890 but its specs are still pretty neat, nice phone, mocha brown W890 looks great

SE knows how to make beautiful phones, i saw a C902 today, some guys in the cable car were using it to take pics on the mountain, it looks good, a bit longer and wider than K850 though, its screen is smaller though.
All
Was up on Table Mountain today, took quite a few K850 pics, must say when this phone feels like it it can realy perform, ive been using it all day. Man the tourists who were there with us couldnt stop starring at it lol. Must say id much rather have my K850 than a C902. C902 looks nice but it doesn't have the K850's 'cool' factor.

Thanks G-Man.
Damn, you lucky so-and-so again, LOL; I so wanted to take the cable car up to the top of Table Mountain when we were there. Oh well, next time..
WRT the C902, yeah that screen is a step backwards IMO; the only thing I prefer on the C902 is the thinner form factor, but the bigger screen and look of the K850i is far more appealing to me.

@GUCCI
Thanks. To be honest with you, I never was a fan of the W890. You could say I was forced into it this time. The E90 is/was the phone I love(ed) except the size. The 6220 was actually quite nice, I almost took it but it felt rather chubby in my hand. Then there was the N81 which fared very badly in that it was too plasticky for me and the fact that it is a slider, I hate sliders! The thing is since I've been using the Moto V8 I'm struggling with thicker phones. The W890 has all my pre-requisites- excellent build quality, HSDPA, slim with a surprisingly good standby time ( pleasant surprise that one) and good call quality.
@wanqs
Once again, amazing photos!

@gola
Funny thing is I don't use the phone for taking snaps, I use my Nikon for that. I know they come in handy at times since one never carries the camera all the time like a cellphone but I never seem to find myself in that situation.
Other than that, this phone has really surprised me. It's actually a good thing that I bought it now as it has been around for a while and is stable. Too early to tell but so far so good.

EM, yeah I would prefer a dedicated camera as well. So I guess the w890 is the perfect phone for you
Big ups to JC and GUCCI for the teamwork
