i did it, i made my sr.lng file!!!
settings for shutter speed are under white balance, chose last one(i think it`s incadescent...)
then u change shutter speed like u change exposure...
same way u can change
1-manual focus-cloudy
2-effects/white ballance-fluorescent(-for effects, and +for w.b.)
for collor corection just sellect day light

to access EV, press up cursor (with sun icon). Then you can adjust the EV by pressing left/right cursor (flower/flash icon)

u need this:
Link text...
open program, and use it to open .lng file...
find line u want to change(i think somewhere around line 600 for camera...), and after changing every line click apply
when u finish all, click save, and that`s it...
