i realized the sound sync bug yesterday. if you view it in the camera mode, its off. but if you view it from the media player. It sync perfectly. I am wondering should i update to the latest firmware. Any major known bugs?
Hm.. If you move them to your computer and watch them they are off. So it records the files faulty.

its like my p990 doesnt want to accept the new memory stick sometimes my p990 says that the memorystick is corropted and some time showing some files but not other which is very wierd i was hoping i would enjoy my 4gb
ofcourse i tried fromating the memorystick couple of time from the phone and from my pc still my p990 having issues with it >
any comments on this issue is appreciated
I had problems the other way around. Neither of my Sony computers would recognize my 4gb Duo whatever I did yet the P990i did with no problem. Now after using the Duo in the phone for about a week my PC reads it.
I suspect the problem lies in the Duo. Mine is a SanDisk Ultra II.

I was playing around with the Wi-Fi in Starbucks, looking at the T-Mobile pricing. When I came out I found T-Mobile had added a read-only internet account called "DefaultWiFiAccount".
Apart from the fact that it has totally put me off ever wanting to use T-Mobile, has anyone any idea as to how to get rid of it?

Doesnt work, its a read only account and the only way to get rid of it is by doing a master reset which will wipe that account off the phone.
To be honest, it has absolutely sweet FA to do with tmobile, its just an account that the phone sets up for you. I had this happen to me when i was using a WIFI hotspot in the docklands here in London UK.

When you scan for networks and select one to connect to, does it still ask you about creating an internet account for that network? Do you not get the opportunity to edit it at all?

Sounds like I'll have to wait until a master reset then. Reading the various forums that doesn't sound as if it will be long
I assumed it was some device of T-Mobile to prevent me editing the account and getting free access.

@MYB87
Is your Memory stick PRO DUO or DUO
I think as long as it's Pro Duo it should work perfectly, I have a 2gb and works perfectly. However I had a similar problem with a P910 and it was because of using Duo or Pro Duo card which I can remember now.

@Jejoma
I think you can't delete Default WIFI account.
But according to what I understand, this means that , let's say you are at the airport and you are waiting for someone. You connected to ưnternet using airport's WIFI hotspot. Now this is your default WIFI account. Say after 40 minutes, if you want to enter the web again the P990 will be using this account as your default WIFI account. Basically last successful WIFI connection
In my internet setting, this is how I made my Internet Priority
1) Default WIFI
2) Speedtouch 16ESRC
3) Turkcell GPRS
This means if I want to check my e-mails or surf in the web, my P990 will
1)first try to connect with my last working WIFI account (it can be airport, Starbucks or my home connection)
2)If no success it will try to connect with Speedtouch (my home wireless network)
3) If no success , the P990 will use the GPRS connection from my service provider.

I think today I found two more bugs that were not mentioned here.
1) At Flip OFF mode or Flip Closed Mode , my P990 makes a second click'ish sound ( much lower in volume than normal click sound) right 0,5sec after pressing any buttons or touching the screen.
2) I had a call on the way to work, and I had to write an e-mail to a customer. So I pulled over and typed stuff for about 6-7 minutes, suddenly my phone rang, and I saw the remark that "SAVED TO DRAFT" after finishing the call, I went to my e-mail drafts but my e-mail message was GONE !!!!, I searched all my e-mails and everything, although the phone mentioned that it was "saved to drafts" it wasn't there !!!!! I had to re-write whole message
By the way S.E please find a solution to missing Call Logs !!!!!! A.S.A.P
